La Leche League Online Chat - A "virtual" La Leche League meeting, hosted by accredited La Leche League Leaders. You can ask questions and share your experiences with other parents in a respectful atmosphere.

All mothers are welcome at these meetings, including members of "in person" LLL Groups, mothers with no other LLL support available, and mothers just wanting to see what La Leche League is like!

La Leche League Help Form - A trained LLL volunteer should respond to your question within a few days. The wait could be longer during high-volume times. If you need an answer sooner, you may wish to contact a local Leader, check our Mother-to-Mother Forums, or see if your question is addressed on our answer pages. If you have an urgent concern, please contact your health care professional. Help Forms are not intended to provide emergency care.

La Leche League Mother-to-Mother Forum - Connect with other parents and La Leche League Leaders to discuss breastfeeding and parenting topics. Se Habla Español!

La Leche League Answer Pages - Here you will find answers to your breastfeeding and parenting questions, drawn from the various resources on our site, conveniently grouped by topic. Resources come from New Beginnings (our publication for parents), Leaven (our publication for our volunteer Leaders), Breastfeeding Abstracts (our publication for professionals), our Frequently Asked Questions collection, or our podcasts.

La Leche League Podcasts - Podcasts are the newest offering from the LLLI Online Communications Department, and we are pleased to bring you this growing collection of interviews and discussions on a variety of breastfeeding, parenting and La Leche League-related topics. We have recently recorded many new and interesting interviews, so come back often to see what has been added! We are pleased to offer an RSS feed for all our podcasts.

LLLL Mission

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.
